2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region, or you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian to use this site.

3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to display product details and prices accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to display settings, lighting, or other factors.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or cancellation.

Knight Wears reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Orders and Shipping

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.

Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped according to our shipping policy. Delivery takes 2–7 working days depending on your city. Delivery charge is Rs 250, free on orders of Rs 3,999 or more.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, our exchange policy will apply.

5. Pricing and Payments

•           All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

Knight Wears reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. Online payments are processed through trusted providers. For certain online payments, customers may be asked to share a payment screenshot or transaction reference for verification.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available when the mistake is from our side (wrong size or color sent), as explained in our Exchange Policy.

Key points:

•           Request within 5 days of ordering or 2 days of receiving, whichever is earlier.

•           A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

•           Sale or discounted items are not exchangeable or returnable.

•           All two-way shipping charges are paid by the customer.

•           We do not offer "Allow to Open Parcel"; a packing video is shared on WhatsApp before dispatch.
