Return and Exchange Policy

At Knight Wears, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we provide a simple exchange process to ensure you are confident with your purchase.

Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

Exchange Window: You can request an exchange within 4 days of delivery.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or your online order confirmation email is required.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags must be intact

  • Original packaging and invoice must be included

  • Exchange request must be raised within the allowed time frame

Exchange Fee: Customers are responsible for courier charges for exchanges.

Processing Time: The exchange process typically takes 7–10 business days once the product is received and verified.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange: Products purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.


International Orders

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges for defective claims since all products are quality-checked and a video of parcel packing is recorded before dispatch.

  • We recommend customers record an unboxing video for their own reference.

  • Exchanges are only possible when the above conditions are met.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email, and the exchange policy will apply.

Knight Wears reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Item is out of stock

  • Pricing errors on the website

  • Payment declined by the financial institution
