Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Pakistan with Cash on Delivery.

Delivery charges

•           Delivery charge: Rs 250 per order

•           Free delivery on orders of Rs 3,999 or more

Delivery time

Confirmed orders are dispatched the same day, except on weekends and public holidays. Delivery takes 2–7 working days, depending on your city.

Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp or phone call. Please keep your phone available, unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Packing video and Allow to Open Parcel

We do not offer "Allow to Open Parcel" with the courier, so the parcel cannot be opened before payment. For your trust, we record a packing video of your order and share it with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact us on WhatsApp 0370-1422110 or email knightwear6@gmail.com and we will sort it out with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
